As many of our products are produced in limited quantities, availability is subject to change without notice.

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for domestic customers and US Dollars (USD) for international customers, unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Sunburn reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or any other unforeseen circumstances. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Once an order has been shipped, Sunburn is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their destination country.

6. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if you receive an incorrect or damaged item. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

Unused and unwashed
In their original condition
Returned with original tags and packaging

Items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or improper care are not eligible for return.

7. Product Care

Please follow the care instructions provided with each garment to maintain its quality. Sunburn is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, or handling.
